Modern Memorials is proud to partner with Kimberly Wilson, LICSW, a veterinary social worker and psychotherapist in private practice in DC, to host a series of free pet loss support sessions catered to those experiencing loss or anticipated loss of their pets.
We hope you can join us for our first virtual hour(ish) long session on February 15th at 7:30 PM EST.
What to expect:
During our time together we'll discuss the specific challenges of pet loss, share our pet's story (optional), learn copying strategies, explore ways to memorialize our loved one, and more.
What to bring:
Please bring these optional items: a pen and paper to take notes, a photo of your pet, and a drink to sip during our virtual gathering.

I attended a pet loss support group led by Kimberly shortly after the sudden death of my dog Sally and can personally attest to how comforting and helpful it was.
